Position Overview
We are hiring Management Trainees – Inside Sales (Telecalling) who are enthusiastic, energetic, and eager to build a career in tech-based sales. As a trainee, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective users, understanding their career needs, and introducing them to the value of our AI products.
This role is a great fit for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, have strong communication skills, and are motivated by performance-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Connect with leads provided by our marketing campaigns via outbound calls
• Understand user needs and career goals to recommend appropriate products
• Pitch and explain our solutions: Resume Builder, Interview Prep, and LinkedIn
Overview
• Persuasively handle objections and guide users toward purchase decisions
• Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM with user interactions
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria
• Final year students or recent graduates (Batch 2024 preferred) from any stream
(BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A natural interest in sales, career development, and AI technology
• Self-driven with a learning mindset and goal orientation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
